The Trilogy Group represents three generations of the Simons family and over 40 years of entrepreneurial vision and execution. Our journey began in Civil Construction before shifting into industrial developments in the early 1990s, where we established a strong foundation in project delivery.
Over time, our focus has evolved to include a diverse and growing portfolio of residential developments — from bespoke single-family homes to large-scale, multi-storey sectional title complexes across the Western Cape.
